UROGYNECOLOGY: First Gyn visit in 15 years

2 weeks ago I had my first visit to a gynecologist in 15 years. He ordered blood tests and an abdominal/vaginal ultrasound(no exam of any kind at that time, (Complete Pelvic scheduled 2 weeks later). Last week I get a call from a receptionist at his office saying " We got the results of your blood tests & there were some problems" I asked what was wrong and all they would tell me is "The Dr. will talk to you next week at your exam". I am VERY nervous, I have NO IDEA what they could of found.... I know there is NO WAY I am pregnant or have any STD's ( I have not been sexually active in 5 years) I am wondering what sort of blood tests could they have ran ? I am 42, with no children. At my ultrasound 5 days later, the tech that did the ultrasound had a hard time locating my right ovary & then said she found a fibroid, when the test was complete, she said "We'll forward the results to your Dr. and someone will call you". Well................. here it is 4 days after that and NO ONE has called me.. I am more than a little concerned. The whole reason I went to the Dr. in the first place was because: 2 months ago I had a "Bladder Neck Suspension" done I am ALWAYS tired and can never get enough sleep I am EXTREMLY moody (Way too many ups & downs) ABSOLUTLY ZERO sex drive in the last 5 years 3-4 periods a year for each of the last 4 years (Very heavy & painful) Thank you for any answers I may recieve.
