An arcuate uterus is usually a benign finding, and may not have been picked on routine ultrasounds. Having said that, in your case, I would definitely have a hysteroscopy or atleast a saline infusion sonography to make sure there is no septum in the uterus before you have a miscarriage or pregnancy problem. More than likely you won't but it would be reassuring.
