BREASTHEALTH: screening process

2 years ago I went in for my first mamogram. I was called back and they took more pictures of my left breast. Then the doctor reading the results asked for an ultrasound. He said it all looked ok, looked like a small calcification and come back in 6 months. I went back in 6 months and had another mamogram and it looked the same, so they said I could come back in a year.

I just want in for the 1 year mamogram and it was the exact same process. They called me back, took extra photos of my left breast and then an ultrasound, and said come back in 6 months. When I asked the doctor who read the images if what they were looking at was the same as my baseline mamogram from a year and a half ago, he said he didn't know, he didn't see that one.

I thought the reason for a baseline, is to have something to compare to. Should I be concerned that he did not look at the origional. I live in a rural area and I know there are concerns about doctors in rural areas reading mamograms. Any advice? THanks
