I am getting married on Nov 29 2008 and today is Oct 28 2008. I will become sexually active for the first time on that night and wish to use a temporary birth control that will be effective by that date. I will start using ortho tri-cyclen birth control but im really confused on how to use it and reading the Dial pak. I get my period around the 15th of the month and have passed my period for the month of october already. If i should start using the pill right away which should i take and how should position it on the dial? Am i too late to be protected by my wedding date? Please advise.
