If you took Flagyl and it didn' t work ,you did everything you could.The other medication that is prescribed for Bacterial Vaginosis is Clindamycin vaginal cream or ovules.Of course,it is also best to be tested for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia .This can be done with urine.You can still be sexually active if you choose. .I recommend using condoms when being treated for an infection.If you choose the cream ,abstinence is best during the cream use time.
