PREGNANCY: Uterine aspiration and pregnancy again...

Hello, I've just had what I thought was my first pregnancy, and I found out I had a blighted ovum. Now, I'm not only very scared about the future but I have lots of questions in my head. Yes, I'll see a doctor but I feel I can't wait that long to hear answers. First, the facts: I'm 34 y/o I had, in the past, hypothyroidism (since 8 y/o but always checked and controlled with l-thyroxine. Blood exams all normal) and PCOS. I stopped contraceptive pills in April. In September, I got pregnant. Between April and September, all cycles normal, lasting either 26 or 32 days apart from the last one, when it lasted 24 days and I had spotting.

I had the uterine aspiration when I would be about 7weeks and 2 days. The sac was empty, measuring 2 weeks less.

My questions, that are driving me crazy right now, are:

(1) Since the aspiration - 5 days ago - I've had no cramps, no bleeding, no nothing... is this normal? (2) Any chances of this being an ectopic pregnancy? Nothing suggests that, since u/s didn't show anything abnormal in my tubes and ovary and I've never had any pain.. But I'm just scared this is not over... (3) How long until my HCG be back to normal? It was 5200 the day before the uterine aspiration (it was rising, but not doubling as it should) (4) Since I'm 34, since I had PCOS in the past, since all this, I'm totally scared that (a) I will not ovulate again after this (b) If I do, the same will happen. So, I'd like to know: (4a) What are the odds for me? (4b) When should I wait my period to come? (4c) When should I start to worry if it doesn't come? (5) Finally, could that different period I had - the last one before I got pregnant - have been a chemical pregnancy? Or can you have an abnormal period like that and this still be normal? Since mid-august (i.e. when I ovulated to that weird period) until late September (I got pregnant in mid-september) I was under severe stress due to some professional problems. Could this be a cause?

I know these are long and probably dumb questions... But I hope a good soul out there would understand how scared I am right now and all that is going through my mind.

Thank you very much for taking your time to answer. Kika
