ONCOLOGY: Cervical cancer

I have cervical cancer in situ and have had the LEEP procedure twice. My latest pap smear indicated the presence of irregular squamous cells again and my OB/GYN wants to wait a month to repeat another Pap. Should I wait this long or should I go ahead and call my Oncologist. I would rather not have a hysterectomy since I am only 38 and am not in a serious relationship and would like children.
