There are several of them and some look very deep red (like blood) while there are a couple that seem to be almost like cuts which now have white patches in them. They are not painful to the touch or itchy, just uncomfortable. It does not hurt to use the bathroom and there is no discharge. The only real irritation is the swelling caused by the sores which result in friction that becomes bothersome. I am 23 years old and have never had a sexual experience. 4 days ago I developed what I thought was the flu, with a severe cough, chills, body aches, and fever (highest point was 104.1) I'm not sure if the two are related but I thought it was possible.
