Hi Annie The condom fragment should be removed.It can be easily seen by your health care provider with the speculum in your vagina.It is painlessly removed with a non sharp insrument to prevent bacteria build up because it is a foreign body in your vagina.I take these out all the time .Please don't be shy to call your health care provider.It is good that you are using condoms .JoAnn NP
