PREGNANCY: Early/short/light period..From: anonymous@obgyn.netMon, 20 Oct 2008 17:23:47 -0500 (CDT)
I'm not sure if I'm having my period or not right now. This past cycle was only 20 days. I have been temping, keeping track of my last 6 cycles, and also checking my cervix position. We are actively ttc and I was getting impatient.. When I checked my cervix position last Saturday (in the shower, clean hands etc..), I noted it was low hard and closed and there was a bit of brown spotting. This was on CD21.. A few hours later it changed to pink. It was kind of mixed with some thick CM or something.. then a few hours after that, later on that night, I started getting some cramping and then had a very light flow and assumed my period was coming extremely early. Well, that night felt like a real period, but the flow was so light, it was red, but the next morning it slowed right down to even lighter then what it was already. The cramping went away too which is odd as on day 2 it's always worse being the first full day for me. So, today is the 3rd day, all I have is spotting. It's brown again, slight pink/red tinge but this is far from normal for sure. I checked my cervix again this morning, its now changed to med soft and just slightly opened. I'd think with it being open if I were to get a heavy flow it'd be in full force right now? I don't know if it's possible that I can be pregnant. I haven't tested yet because I figure if I'm bleeding then there's no chance. I'm reading more and just getting more confused. If anyone can help or has any insight I'd really appreciate if you could comment. Thanks!
