Finally looked in mirror and observed what appeared to be pimple on very tip end of nipple. Clenched teeth and squeezed. VERY thick yellowish stuff came out. After 2-3 days completely healed and no longer tender. Six pregnancies, four live births. All four children breastfed. Youngest is 4-1/2 years and was weaned at 15 months. Assuming this occurrence was a fluke and no reason for concern. Good assumption?
