Update: I'm still experiencing stomach pain and cramping, but my breast no longer feel big, and I no longer feel nauseous. The stomach pain is diffuse, achy, with the occasional sharp pain. I've noticed that the pain is also in my shoulder area. I do not know if the shoulder pain is related.
