There are several things that can cause this, although it sounds like
you have had a number of these "ruled out" by various tests. However, I
can't tell if you have had an evaluation of the inside of your uterus to
make sure there are no polyps (usually non-cancerous growths of the
uterine lining). Some methods to rule out polyps include: saline
vaginal sonogram (putting a small amount of water into the uterus during
a vaginal sonogram), hysteroscopy (inserting a small, fiberoptic tube
into the uterus) and HSG (a special x-ray of the uterus). A normal
vaginal sonogram will not help. Best wishes.
