SPOTTING: Spotting after sex even though tests say i'm normal??

At the end of September my husband and I had sex and it hurt pretty bad. It wasn't rougher than usual or anything like that, but it had been a while (a couple weeks) since we had sex last. Afterwards, when I was in the bathroom, I noticed very very light pink spotting on the toilet paper when I wiped--it was maybe 3 or 4 drops total. I don't remember this happening for a very very long time, maybe ever. I have been off of the pill for over a year (was previously on it for 8 years), and I am 26 years old. My last pap which was 2 months ago was normal, as were all the paps i've had in the past. I went to my OB/GYN to get checked out because this wasn't normal for me (some discomfort is typical for me, my ob/gyn says i have a "small vagina" , but this pain was intolerable).

Everything checked out fine and the doctor thought it was b/c my period had just ended and i was just more sensitive than usual. She even did an ultrasound and looked at my uterus, cervix, ovaries, kidneys, bladder, etc to rule out any cysts or anything else suspicious--but again, everything was normal (thank goodness)

Fast forward 2 weeks and I again am spotting after sex. My level of discomfort is back to "normal", but I am still having that light spotting. We had sex 5 days ago (which was about 1.5 weeks after the last time), and again tonight, and there was spotting both times. Should i call my doc again even though all my tests which were done less than a month ago were normal? I'm concerned... but maybe this is normal?
