She told me to call her if it happened again next month. My husband, a physican, doesn't think it is related to my period but maybe bleeding because of a rip in scar tissue. Can an evaluation be done if I'm bleeding? What kind of evaluation? My doctor hasn't ever seen this kind of complication and isn't sure what to do. I didn't have cervical polyps before the procedure or at my yearly physical 4 months ago or ever. Could I have suddenly developed them? Doesn't seem likely. Who should I consult about the bleeding? The bleeding started suddenly with a large burst of blood. It felt similar to my water breaking when I was in labor. Not sure who to call or what tests to do.
