Thankyou all for your input. I have an appointment with my GP this week and will be more forceful about asking to see my consultant. I am still bleeding heavily despite changing to Goserelin so better chance of sucess.

I have been thrown a bit of a lifeline. My friend has offered to carry my child if I get my eggs harvested. Her eggs are not good but the rest of her is. We both need some time to think about this, as does my husband but if the hysterectomy turns out to be the best option then at least there is a chance, no matter how slim, of another child. I just hope that the NHS will cover it. My recollection is that they dont, especially for over 35's.
