I haven't been following this whole thread, but perhaps your doctor could either test you for musculoskeletal pain or refer you to a physical medicine specialist. Many ob/gyn doctors are not experienced with musculoskeletal sources of pain, for example trigger points. These can cause intermittent but quite painful lower quadrant symptoms.
