I am a 36 yr old women and have had 2 children. Findings: uterine size 8x5x4cm. In the right anterior fundus there is roughly a 2cm zone of hyperechoic hyperemic tissue with myometrial cystic changes. Endometrial thickness is 8mm. My doctor is unable to make sense of this finding.
