While it's impossible to make a complete and accurate diagnosis based on
the information given, your situation seems to be a common problem. You
most likely have a common condition known as polycystic ovarian disease
which would produce most if not all of your symptoms. A few points:
pregnancy tests are very accurate. While any one test can be wrong,
it's extremely unlikely that all your tests are wrong. Secondly, you
should make sure you are evaluated by a qualified physician and you
should follow their advise. Thirdly, birth control pills are the most
common form of treatment used for this condition and they work well when
used.
