Re: OVARIANPAIN: Can an elevated CA-125 be related to Lupus? From: Dr. Herbert A. Goldfarb (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 9 Oct 2008 15:49:52 -0500 (CDT)
Message posted on Dr. Herbert A. Goldfarb behalf by: Hope Waltman, Fibroid and Women’s Health Forum Moderator Obviously some problem exists to have a rising CA 125. Although this test is non specific and can rise from a number of problems including infection. I suggest an MRI of the Pelvis. If the ultrasound was not endovaginal, imaging ovaries is difficult.
