OVARIANPAIN: Can an elevated CA-125 be related to Lupus?

I have been experiencing severe, constant (day & night) pain of my left ovary since mid May. I have been cleared by a Neurologist, Urologist & GI Doctor. I have consulted a Gyn-Onc. Ultrasound appears clear, but the CA-125 has been elevating. First 43, now 55. For the past 10 days my right ovary is experiencing the same pain. I am literally disabled by this pain. It is difficult getting out of the car. I can not stand for long, I can not walk far. I am bloated and swelled so badly last week one of my doctors gave me diuretics. I can barely eat, but I've gained weight. I'm nauseous. The ultrasound was extremely painful. My periods have become irregular and for the last 6 months last only 1 day or less---as little as 8 hours---and then done, no spotting. I have no 'cramps', I would not consider the ovarian pain cramps, it is so extreme and localized. I do have lupus. Now that both ovaries are affected, I am wondering, can lupus attack ovaries? Are there anti-ovary antibodies? Would the CA-125 escalate due to lupus activity? Or am I grasping at straws because if it is lupus I know there will be a treatment and potential relief?

The Gyn-Onc wants me to have another CA-125 at the end of the month and consult another doctor. I'm exhausted and don't know how I can bear this pain much longer.

Thank you
