The first thing I would suggest is to stop the Yasmin and then have thorough evaluation which would include an endovaginal ultrasound and an endometrial biopsy. Cyclic progesterone would help if this is a hormonal problem. A Hysteroscopic exam may be necessary. Try the fluid sonography first.
