I am interested to see if you get a response to this question, as I too have had irregular bleeding since my tubiligation and quitting the depo provera injection. I have been bleeding heavily for 2 years now everyday with the exception of a few days here and there that I may not bleed at all. And I too have large clots when it becomes heavy. The bleeding is painless but is becoming an issue in my everyday life. I have seen my doctor about it and he has done tests to conclude that there are no cancers/fibroids or any other factors contributing to this problem. The only results I recieved were that I was ovulating irregularily, which I already knew. Other than that, he has not made much of an attempt to get to the bottom of the issue or even acknowledge that there is one. He has offered the idea of a hysterectomy but I am only 31 years old. There is plenty of information out there regarding irregular ovulation ie: missed periods, but nothing regarding increased ovulation. So I hope you get an answer :o)
