I have been bleeding(Menstrual) almost non stop since 2001. I may have one month per year that I don't bleed, but not four weeks together. A week every now and then I don't bleed for about a total of one month. I do not have any health insurance. I have huge blood clots that look like liver that come out, and I feel faint. I do not have any pain. I have been taking iron pills. Sometimes I feel like the iron pills make the bleeding worse. I have been to free clinics, but all they can do is give me birth control pills, which only work for a few days. I don't have any children. I am only 27 years old. Please help ???
