I stopped using tampons and use an alternate method called the diva cup. http://www.divacup.com you can sterilize it between each mense. It doesn't cause TSS, won't get lost, and you can use it overnight..also, it's environmentaly friendly and won't plug your blumbing.

I reccomend it to anyone
