The reason that tampon use is uncomfortable is that the tissues in your pelvis are sensitive because of the Endometriosis. A good treatment regimen should help you to improve.I cannot prescribe here but your goal should be to create an amenorrheaic status until you actively try to have children. Consult an experienced gynecologist who is familiar with Endo treatment regimes. Get a referral from the Endometriosis association from your area.
