I have been recently diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome and I don't know if these strange sensations are a part of IBS. I have been feeling bloated and like I am getting my period but my perid is weeks away. It is not painful just a full and unusual and comfortable feeling. i have read the symptoms for ovarian cancer and I have them but the symptoms are common that most people would have.
