Had bleeding in 05/08 for 1 full mo. than skipped 2 mos. Paps has been showing endo cells over the last 4 mos. and endo biospy shows " fragments of weakly proliferative endometrium pattern with glandular and stromal breakdown". Also with thickened endometrial stripe. I was told that this could just be age related ( perimenopausal) but I have been with pelvic pain and cramping for 4 mos. straight. Is that Endo biopsy result a red flag by any means?
