You are having early cycle breakthrough bleeding. It could be from changes you are having leading to stress, whether it is travel, schedule, diet, climate, etc. Yaz is a very low dose pill, so easier for stress to cause this. I would do nothing for now, continue the pill, take advil/aleve for cramps. Let us know next week if things do not improve. We can change things up to help if the breakthrough continues...Dr. von Almen
