Unlikely that this is cancer. Your doc should help you decide what
you want to do but there is no way to make a diagnosis from outside
you have to have surgery to do this. Therefore if you are having
symptoms (pain, etc.), You may want to consider a surgery for
diagnosis and treatment. Ask your doc.
