Re: PREGNANCY: Miscarriage (Incredible Sadness)From: Pat Sonnenstuhl, CNM (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 24 Sep 2008 08:58:06 -0500 (CDT)
I am very sad for your loss, and I know this is an especially hard time for you. There are a lot of good on line groups for pregnancy loss, and I suspect by now you have found them. You need to express your loss and grief before you can move on to the next phase. Hopefully you have a supportive partner, and supportive friends who can share your grief. Your feelings are very normal, but you can benefit from the support of others. Interesting your fibroids increased as the pregnancy progressed. That is associated with the changing hormone levels. I highly recommend the book Spirit Babies. It puts things in perspective, and will give you hope for the future. http://www.spiritbabies.com/ Hang in there and look ahead to the future.
