Try not to worry. I have had spotting for years now as you before my period. As we speak I am on day 7 of spotting, which is the longest amount of time for me. I have been having ultrasounds done every 4 months to watch a possible Dermoid. But have had Endo removed previously in that same area. So either is possible. Both can cause spotting. So know there are others like you out there and it is nothing serious. Take care.
