Re: PREGNANCY: PreganancyFrom: Kelley (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 26 Aug 2008 17:47:55 -0500 (CDT)
Carrie, it could definately be the breastfeeding thta is messing with the regularity of your periods. That is very common and has to do with the hormones your body makes when you breastfeed. As far as the burning pain during sex, you did have treatment for the trichimonas infection didn't you? If so and you and your partner are both monogamomous, that shouldn't be the problem. Is there any odor? Do you experience pain any other time? There could be an underlying infection or you could have some slight adhesions from the tubal ligation that are disturbed during sexual intercourse.
