Your pelvic pain deserves help now. Chlamydia can be diagnosed by a urine or cervix test.Gonorrhea can occur in the throat as well.Currently recommended detailed tests can be found on http://www.cdc.gov .I believe you need to get a pelvic evaluation including a urine test for gonorrhea,a urology evaluation to check for Interstitial Cystitis and a Laporoscopy to evaluate your pelvic organs for conditions such as endometriosis.Of course, this can not be diagnosed on our website but I support your need to get help. You deserve to be pain free.
