I need some assistance. I do have ovarian cysts and I had a baby 5 & 1/2 months ago via c-section. Today I found a thick mucousy brown colored (like old blood was mixed) discharge. I also was in quite a bit of pain the other night in the lower right abdomen region about where your ovaries would be and it radiates kind of into the lower back area on the right side right about where your kidney would be. It also hurts on my right side and possibly the ligament that is in your abdomen that is close to your ovaries. This pain was and right now is pretty intense and as long as I dont move a whole lot Im ok. I have taken 800 mg of ibuprofen and it only alleviated the pain slightly. I do not have health insurance right now and of course like most people am suffering from the economy break so I am reluctant to go to the emergency room. Any suggestions out there as to possibilities or whether or not I am taking this situation too lightly?
