I am not a medical expert but pain in your flank combined with blood in your urine sounds like a kidney problem to me. Could be stones, an infection, or could be something even more serious. Either way, you must see a doctor immediately - I'd go to the ER if the doc can't see you right away. Your kidneys are nothing to mess with.
