PREGNANCY: Hemorrhoids and Post-partum bleeding

I delivered on June 2nd vaginally and had a 7lb 1 ounce baby girl. They did an episiotomy. I was induced with pitocin and the labor progressed so quickly that I had the first pit dose at 8:10am and delivered at 11:58am. Anyway, since delivering I have had the worst case of hemorrhoids. I am breast feeding, so my options are limited. Can someone please help me? I can't even hardly walk while carrying my daughter because it flares them up so bad that I have had to take narcotic pain meds in order to cope. I have the wipes and I use them every time I have a BM. And every time I have a BM I am in pain for hours on end. I am getting desperate. (I'm not constipated, either. I have normal BMs and they cause severe pain and bleeding.)

On another front, I have been bleeding since giving birth. The bleeding will stop for one or two days and then come back. Is this normal? I have endometriosis and I'm afraid that this bleeding may have something to do with it. Sometimes the blood is bright red and other times it is brown. I am not giving my daughter any formula. I'm breast feeding, but only producing enough milk for her. In other words, I have not been getting engorged or anything like that. I've been taking iron supplements to keep from dropping dead, but I am still struggling.

Thank you for any help you can offer.

-Julie
