GYNECOLOGIC: Two questions -ovarian complex cystFrom: cher (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 13 Aug 2008 16:12:05 -0500 (CDT)
I have a 6/7cm comlex cyst. I am having surgery in two weeks to have it removed. but the cyst is on the right side, it moves around pretty freely and at times I cannot feel it at all with my hands. I do get pain on my right side. But sometimes I also get pain on my left side. Is this normal? could the cyst be moving to that side too? Also is it possible the ovary on that side has shut down already? a few months ago I had some extreme hot flashes at night. Now my sex drive is ramped right up , overkill actually..lol.. my DH does not know what to think.. haha could the second ovary have ten over completely now? and is in overdrive or something? or could my complex cyst be giving off testoterone? but I am not getting body or facial hair.. so I'm stumped.
