ONCOLOGY: Severe ovarian pain & now vulvar bleeding

I have been experiencing constant, severe, worsening left sided ovarian pain since mid May. Abdominal bloating, irregular periods since Feb. Low appetite, recent nausea. I had been seeing my Ob/Gyn, investigating the cause, when my insurance was canceled. I have consulted GI & Neurologist to rule out those areas. I have a history of melanoma, a small squamous vulvar lesion years ago and am currently undergoing treatment for squamous cell in the head & neck area. My doctors have rx'd strong pain meds and basically said call back once I have insurance. I am supposed to be eligible for Medicare and keep being assured it will be in effect 'any day now.' Tonight when I went to the bathroom, I noticed there was blood coming from the right side of the labia minora, the same general region of the small vulvar cancer removed about 13 years ago. No pain or itching. After I wiped a few times and applied pressure the bleeding appeared to stop. This really doesn't seem 'normal' and has never happened before. But in all honesty, none of what I am going through seems 'normal'. Could this be connected to the ovarian pain? Somehow the squamous cell cancer? Does this spontaneous bleeding of the vulva sometimes just happen to women and mean nothing at all?

I appreciate any input, thank you.
