This sounds like a simple bladder infection, or a bleeding cystitis. A
urinalysis, culture and antibiotics are needed to treat this. If it is
after office hours, a phone call to your local doctor could handle this,
if you do not have one, a trip to the local urgent care can manage this
easily.
