GYNECOLOGIC: Moderate Cervical Dysplasia during Pregnancy

Hello, I just heard today the cervical biopsy I had done 3 weeks ago came back with moderate dysplasia. Because this is likely caused by HPV, will my body take care of it on it's own? I am trying to conceive, and my main question is, is there blood in the epithelium of my cervix, and if so, then my immune system will fight the virus, especially since during pregnancy, the cervix becomes more vascular?

Thank you for expertise
