Dear tryn2conceive. You should be able to conceive as long as one tube is open and normal and can get to an ovary. You should however talk to your doctor about this. Sometimes, it's best to wait a few weeks or months depending on the problems present in the pelvis and what was done. If you get pregnant too soon, you might increase your chances of having another miscarriage or worse an ectopic pregnancy.
