Symptoms sound like either hormone changes maybe even perimenopausal
symptoms.
I know going through this I used Evening Primrose for the hot flashes.
My sister used a menopausal vitamin to get through the body changes.
There are some herbs that control water retention - some health stores
have an expert you can talk to for advice - research them and BEFORE
using anything ask your doctor for his/her opinion (drug medication -
herb reactions).
Perimenopause can go on for a lot of years. Watch what is causing your
symptoms -- hot fluids, alcohol, spicy foods, too many clothes on (use
layers), room temp to warm, stress, lack of sleep (my dr recommended
tylenol pm 1 tablet 8 hours before bedtime), etc.
