GENERAL: Small pimple-like bump

I went for my first pap smear yesterday and my gyn said everything looked fine. I also got my first Gardasil shot. I wasn't able to shower or change my clothes for a few hours after the visit. This morning while showering, I found a small painful bump on the outer lips. I've had similar bumps before, always one at a time, never itchy, and always looking like a regular pimple. I also have felt generally unwell all day, but I think that might be from the vaccination. I think it's just a pimple, as my skin probably got irritated from the exam and from the lubricant she used during the internal exam. But I was wondering if I should worry about this, or just wait for the results of my pap smear.
