I have not missed any pills in months, yet I had a light, but full "menses" lasting several days, and continue to spot for about a week now. I have had bloating and cramps for almost a week also, and have had some green cloudy nipple discharge (sometimes spontaneous but light, or when manipulated) from both breasts. I am just concerned because I have never experienced these symptoms while on the pill continuously (or the nipple discharge at all). I have no swelling, soreness, redness or lumps in the breasts. Although I am sexually active in a monogomous relationship, I do not suspect pregnancy, though I have not been tested. Could this just be random sporadic menses, or something more? Thank you for your help.
