GYNECOLOGIC: So much pain!

Ok, I had my left ovary removed 3 weeks ago. Today I went back to the doctor and I have increased pain and nausea, some yellowish discharge, pain in my bladder, no fever. My doctor did a pelvic exam and that was more painful than usual, but then they did an ultrasound. First, they did it on my abdomen and it was uncomfortable when the tech was pushing around, but then they did a vaginal one. This was the most painful ultrasound I have ever had. The tech kept asking me if I always have this much pain and seemed surprised when I said no. Any thoughts on what could be causing this? By the way, urine and blood work came back normal so the doctor thinks it's probably just inflammation from the surgery. He did say he doesn't know why I am having so much nausea. The surgery started out to remove endometriosis, but adhesions and endometriomas were found also. Thanks for any advice!
