I had an LSH performed 11/2007 for Adenomyosis. I have recently become sexually active again for the first time since surgery. I have what I would consider to be bladder discomfort with intercourse. I would not consider this pain with intercourse, more like pressure. I had not been feeling any type of spasms after intercourse, but this weekend, I had spasms (not feeling them in the bladder so much). What could typically cause this?? This was not something I had felt before surgery. I have tried various positions, however, I have the same issue regardless of the position.
