BREASTHEALTH: Rapid Right Breast Growth and Dimpling Under Right Arm

My right breast has enlarged to the point where it is now about 4 inches longer from underarm to nipple then the left side. It also feels very "heavy" and is achy or burning most of the time. When I raise my arm above my head on that side where my breast meets my chest/rib area the skin looks dimply kind of like cellulite. I am over weight but I have never noticed that before- also I can't feel a "lump in my breast" but my chest immediately under my breast over to my arm area feels a bit rigid? I am not sure how to describe it. Being I don't feel a breast lump and I am only 29 I am rather doubtful as to breast cancer any idea on what it could be? Like I said the dimply kind of like cellulite looking skin is not actually on my breast and the only changes I can feel are actually on my chest/rib area right up against where my breast tissue starts. I had felt a lump a few years ago and had an ultrasound and 2 mammograms and the lump NEVER showed up...on ANY of the scans. I could feel it and my doctor could feel it but they never could find it so I was advised to just watch it and over the years it has gone away. I am not in a position right now where I can just run out and have a mammogram or anyhting like that done unless it is likely it would be cancer... I am fighting massive medical bills right now as I have Progressive Multiple Sclerosis- I take Methotrexate, Avonex and Baclofen if that matters any...
