Although this is a common concern for pregnant women (and their partners) it is almost impossible for you to hurt the baby by feeling your uterus or moving the uterus around. The baby is well-protected by your skin, underlying tissue, uterine wall, and waterbag. In the extremely unlikely event that you or someone manipulates the uterus enough to cause pain, you more than likely would note a lot of contractions, and have a nice-sized bruise on your abdomen.
