Sounds like your hormones are trying to resume, but not quite there, so lots of turmoil with fuzzy brain, hair loss, irregular bleeding and the like. If you want to continue breast feeding, call your ob and have him give you something to get milk going again (reglan). If you are done, perhaps a hormone to bring down a period (make sure not pregnant already) and go from there...Dr. von Almen
